born Elgin, Morayshire 1898? Age 21 Died Truro 20-Sep-18
Son of Mrs Alexander, 43 Bedley St; Glasgow. (Christina Forrest).
Grandson of the late Burnett Forrest, Slater.
For King and Country has Burnett A F Desson.
Mearns Leader 28 Sep 1918 Deaths also Dis Cas info.
1901 Census 255/2/14/95 9 King St; Stonehaven.
Served on HMS Carnarvon at the Battle off Falkland Islands.
Cowie Churchyard, Stonehaven

This man is not a non comm but is recorded as Forrest, his mother's maiden name.
Records show he served as Alexander Burnett Desson Forrest and she confimed the details to IWGC.
