The Scout Association Archive have WW1 and WW2 Roll of Honours which can be viewed/downloaded.

These have been recently compiled from the Associations own gazette with the following details: Name, Date of Death, Any Other Information and HQ Gazette page number.
It very usefully gives the town/city troop the casualty was formerly a member of.
