Can I respectfully ask that anyone who wishes to undertake any communication or action on behalf of this forum should contact the admin or mods for approval first.

I don't wish to sound negative, but I don't want the name of this Project (or the Scottish Military Research Group) being used for areas of research or for side-projects which we do not approve of.

I'm sure this won't happen, but I'd like to be kept in the loop if you plan to use the name of the Project for any reason.

This doesn't apply to you crediting us as a source of information. I'm happy for that to continue.

I'm not singling anyone out, but I'd rather not have anyone say they act on our behalf or speak for us without our say-so.
