On 5th November 2009 a Memorial Plaque was dedicated to Black Watch soldier Private KEVIN ELLLIOT , aged 24 years who was killed in action in August 2008 . The Memorial Plaque was dedicated and unveiled at his former school , BRAEVIEW ACADEMY, DUNDEE .


Press & Journal report covers the unveiling in the presence of colleagues from his Black Watch battalion , 3rd Bn Royal Regiment of Scotland
