The church has undergone substantial renovation in recent years, so I think the memorial may have been moved from its original location. It can now be found on a stairwell to the right of the main entrance, together with a number of other memorials. I think this is the old St Andrew's Church building which merged with Blackadder Church in 1988. This plaque would have come from the old Blackadder UF Church which became Blackadder Church in 1929.
