On 23/24 September 1944, Lancaster I NN711 (UL-L2) OF 576 Sqn was involved in Op Neuss. T/o 1851 Elsham Wolds. Crashed 2020 about 1 km SE of Kapellen on the southern outskirts of Moers. All are buried in the Reichswald Forest War Cemetery.

I thought I recognised the name of one of the officers. Major Denzil H-O is also listed at Ballantrae
