The England/Wales Death Registers give the age and Death Certificate details for members of the RAF who died in those countries. Does anyone know where I can find the same details for members of the RAF who died in Scotland?

Regards

Your best bet would be to check Scotlands People. I'm not sure if they have the service deaths available online yet but they certainly have them at New Register House in Edinburgh

Paul

RAF deaths in Scotland were recorded at the local Registrars in the same way as any other death. The references to the entry should be on Scotland's People.

Welcome to the forum. I have a fairly large range of books covering RAF air crashes from 1939 to the present day so if you want information on anyone who died, let me know name and date (and squadron if you have it) and I will see what I can find.
