LAWRENCE:- Died of wounds at the 4th General Hospital, Camiers, on the 1st May, Private David Lawrence (9th Black Watch),
aged 36, dearly beloved husband of Margaret Smeaton, West Lodge Tulliallan, and youngest son of the late Wm. Lawrence, Tullibardine Loan, Auchterarder.

TULLIBARDINE CASUALTY


Intimation has been received that Gunner Peter Ferguson, Royal Field Artillery, and one of 'our own boys', died on 16th January of wounds received in action. Recently he was awarded the Military Medal for conspicuous bravery in the field. He was young, strong, full of promise, and beloved by all. His battles are over, but his life is just begun. May the sunlight of our Saviour make a rainbow of hope from the tears of his sorrowing parents and grand-parents.
