This Plaque is erected in Remembrance of the Service given by the Members, Adherents and Friends of
Chapelhall Church of Scotland in defence of Freedom during the period 1939/45 and in particular the

I thought that middle name Quaile/Quayle and surname Watchman looked familiar in this neck of the woods. I didn't know about this guy but he's a distant relation, my grandads cousin.
From the Minor Record it tells that he died on an Air Operation in Char Muhammadpur, India and is buried in Maynamati war cemetery, Bangladesh.
