Folks

Now there is a dusting of snow over large parts of the country and the forecast is for more on the way it might be worth thinking about any memorials which might look good photographed with a white blanket round them.

Just an idea to be aware of it since we have a nice one of Minto in the snow on the forum.

I'll just bump this in case anyone wants to brave the elements to get some good photos.

I personally shall venture no farther than my garage. I like snow except when I have to be outside in it.

There are some nice memorials on hilltops, Dumyat for instance Shocked

We could print our own Christmas cards next year.

On a similar note I discovered over the holidays during some hard frosts that a lot of the graves in the local cemetery which were badly weathered and illegible suddenly became perfectly legible when coated with a layer of frost. Typical though, I didn't have my camera with me at the time Rolling Eyes
