This is a wooden screen dedicated to all women of the British Empire who gave their lives in WW1. The names are on panels behind 12 wooden doors. The memorial is outside the scope for this project except that there is a section dedicated to the Scottish Women's Hospitals who have their own listed memorial in St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh. I also noticed the section on Medical Women lists Sybil Lonie Lewis who has a memorial listed on this forum. I have therefore posted this part of the memorial.
My sincere thanks to John Bratt for providing these excellent pictures.
