Not listed on UKNIWM

Located in the entrance to South Ayrshire Council county buildings on Wellington Square at OS Map Ref NS 332 218. The entrance is actually at the back of the building behind the RSF WW2 memorial.

This was a lucky find, not listed on UKNIWM and otherwise unknown to the forum, I went into the offices and asked the lass on reception if they had any memorials and she said they did not. I asked if I could look around and there it was, obviously well thought of by someone. Just goes to show that it is always worth looking in the entrances to large public buildings.

I am not sure whether this commemorates council staff or councillors or some other group.
