Chatelherault is the former hunting lodge of the Duke of Hamilton. It is now open to the public, and has extensive parks and walks.
Within a short distance of the lodge is a memorial to the Normandy veterans.

This was the second part of a coded message broadcast to the Resistance by the BBC. It alerted them that the Invasion would begin within 24 hours. _________________ Jim
