Captain T.B. Myles M.C. is also on page 126 of the Arbroath RoH and named upon Arbroath civic, Arbroath High School and Abbey church memorials in the town.
The 4th son of Charles Y. Myles of Wellbank, Arbroath Captain Myles was married to Bella Shand Hill of Aberdeen and left a son.
He received his Military Cross posthumously for a raid he led which resulted in 79 prisoners being taken.
He died when shot by a sniper.
Cheers,
Derek.
