As you can see, I've not added every county in Scotland yet.

If there's a particular area you want me to include so it can be discussed, send me a PM and I'll add it.

Update: I think I've pretty much added every region I can think of. If I one let me know!

I have been getting a bit confused over the use of the old counties in dividing up the forum. For instance I was going to post a picture of one of the Greenock memorials but wasn't sure were to post...I was looking for 'Inverclyde'. Wouldn't it be better to use the modern local government areas. As far as I know this is how the Royal British Legion Scotland have listed memorials as this ties them in with the local government ofices that are responsible for their upkeep.

Jim

If you look at the descriptions I'm pretty sure 31 out of the 32 present unitary authorities are covered. The topics titles are a bit of a mix of pre 1975 counties, '75 - '97 regions and Post '97 unitary authorities to split Scotland into manageable chunks.

Inverclyde should probably come under Renfrewshire. I'm sure David will update the topic descriptions to reflect this.

Cheers

Adam

Yes, I'll deal with this.

Give me time though - there's not enough hours in the day!
