The Fordyce war memorial is in the form of a grey granite celtic cross with wheel-head and bosses set on a tapering pedestal of rustic blocks which in turn rests on two steps. The commemoration and names of the dead are listed in black lead latters on the face of the cross and pedestal.
The memorial stands at the cemetery gates.
