375583 Pte. George Glass, butcher age 31, 10th Royal Scots, attested to Army Reserve on 2nd December 1915, mobilised September 1916. Medically discharged 13th June 1917 due to chronic indigestion and Rheumatism which orginated Aberdeen 1909. Home service only.
Married Mary Ann Christie 1914, two sons. _________________ Jim
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

14 L/Cpl. George Gordon, 2nd Gordon Highlanders, mason aged 26, 468 Gt. Northern Rd on being medically discharged 12th November 1915 at Aberdeen due to GSW right thigh / fracture Nov. 1st 1914 at Ypres. Enlisted June 1908. _________________ Jim
