This is a long shot. And may be nothing to do with your research - I have a photo appearing to date from ww2 of a large group of naval personnel with my great-aunt Annie at their centre taken outside Banchory Lodge. I have no idea why she was there, other than her family background was maritime. Can anyone help, please. I wondered if there are any graves in Banchory relating to the navy/Banchory Lodge, My great-aunt probably knew Jeannie Henry who rented the lodge one time as a hotel.[/img]
