This is located by the side of the old main rd thru the village at the north end by a church, you need to divert off the new rd to Mallaig.

I have a photo somewhere

Cannot find photo. I dictated the names/inscription into a dictaphone. Can't be that sure of accuracy, names easy enough to read but easy to get the McLellans and McLennans mixed up. Must take more care next time.

Arisaig War Memorial

Visited in June 2006. Took one general view but due to a lack of film, I recorded details carefully into a Dictaphone but may be an error or omission or two.

Inscription starts

“In proud and grateful memory of those who died for their country 1914-18” and also in gaelic.

UKNIWM could not find ref
OS Ref NM 650 870 (on B8008 opposite St Mary's Catholic Church)
I could not get full photo either!
