Aberlour - Moray District
UKNIWM Ref no: 8642
The Aberlour war memorial is a mercat cross style freestone monument. The structure is a six sided shape set on three low steps with the commemorations and names of the dead listed on pink granite tablets set into the face. The monument is surmounted by a corinthian pillar crowned by a lion.
The memorial stands in The Square.
I think I might have lost a photograph of at least one of the tablets so I havn't included a transcription.
