Glenrinnes
UKNIWM Ref no: 8658

The Glenrinnes WWI memorial is a rustic grey granite cross (with pinkish hue). The cross head is circular enclosing a saltire carved in low relief, with a tapering shaft and pedestal, standing on three low steps. The commemoration is set in lead lettering on the face of the cross shaft, and the names of the dead of WWI on the face of the pedestal.
The memorial was unveiled on 7th July 1921.
The monuments stands in front of the kirk.
