Tomnavoulin & Glenlivet Parish
UKNIWM Ref no: 8674
The Tomnavoulin war memorial is a celtic cross with wheel-head and boss and a celtic design carved in shallow relief on the lower face of the cross shaft. The cross is set on a pedestal which in turn rests on two octagonal steps. The monument is constructed of a granite with a pinkish hue.
The commemoration and names of the dead are listed in lead lettering on the face of the pedestal, with the names of the WWII dead listed on the side of the pedestal. 1914 - 1919 is carved on the base.
The memorial stands opposite the village green.
