Heartiest congratulations to dhubthaigh, who has not only posted most of Perthshire single-handedly, but has become the first member of the forum to make 1000 posts.

A big well done from me. It's dedicated forum members like yourself that have made this forum the success it is. I wish there were more like you.

Regards,

David

Thanks David,

It has been a pleasure to do this and feel it is very worthwhile. I posted a thread about 'Volunteers' recently but as you have said it is still early days really. I have been pushing things on to help the forum get off to a good start. I would love to see others join up and take responsibility for areas - we don't need that many to cover it but the more the merrier. We'll have to keep chapping on the door.
I am going to try and get Perthshire/Kinross nailed as far as I can. I know there was a bit of a rib about doing other places but Angus & Fife are within reach given my location and I can at least give them a go too. I have speared a couple of folk who could have helped out here but they have their own 'baby' and perhaps don't want to throw everything in with us....yet.
Raising a glass to you all.

Mark

Well done for 1000 posts Mark. It's not just quantity but quality as well.

Here's a toast to the next 1000.

Cheers
