Adam,
No, neither designer nor sculptor, as far as I know, had a hand in the Stirling memorial. The Falkirk one predates Stirling which was unveiled a year later.
I have to check the names again but am fairly sure that the A & S H fallen on the Falkirk memorial are on the Stirling one. I'm working on a list of the Falkirk participants in the war at the moment. |

The sculptor of the Stirling memorial was Hubert Paton.
