hello folks,some great photos there was especially interested the two john nicols listed on the window,wondering if anyone has any info on the "royal aberdeenshire highlanders" my great great grandfather is listed on his marriage cert as being a sergeant in them in 1853,only info i have found about this regiment is that it was a volounteer reg and they trained at what is now the bus station in king street,also what is the story with peter nicol?thanks for any help and time given in advance. |
