As you can (hopefully) see it states "whose names are inscribed on the panels on either side"
Well, I've checked and there are no names. There is nothing to suggest that plates have been affixed at one time either!
The church is a new build circa 1987 on the same site as the former building. There may be plaques inside the church but this was a 'spot' Wink rather than a planned visit. Time will tell.

I've also just noticed that the top left of the celtic cross is broken - suggesting it may have been moved from its original place.

That's two memorials in one day with no names engraved. Rigg and now here. Shocked
I hope that I don't see many more.
