The memorial is listed on UKNIWM (5878) as Dumfries Aviation Group so I will leave the title as that.

The memorial is inside the Dumfries and Galloway Aviation Museum at OS Map Ref NX 999 786 - the map ref on UKNIWM is wrong by a good few miles. The museum is open Sat and Sun from 10-5 from 1 April to 31 October with some extra days during the peak summer months I believe. But definately closed over the winter. Excellent value at only £3 admission with lots of personal memorabilia in the control tower, an airborne forces museum and 3 other war memorials tha I found (yet to be posted).

The UKNIWM entry only mentions the plaque and propeller but I think that the benches should be considered as part of the memorial. Note that the screws fixing the plaques to the benches have the slots aligned in best RAF tradition.
