From their website:
"West Dunbartonshire Council is proposing to create a Memorial Wall at Solidarity Plaza in Clydebank, to commemorate service personnel who lost their lives during active service with the armed forces.
Work is presently underway to collate a comprehensive list of all service men and women who should be included. Information is being gathered from a number of sources but we need your help in identifying those personnel of whom you may have personal knowledge.
This is a searchable database of the records that are currently held."
Page and search options for database can be found here. |

It doesn't say, does it? I expect that is the case.
Unfortunately the only connection I have in my research to Clydebank is two men who work in the local Bank of Scotland branch. Neither were from Clydebank so they aren't listed in their database. |

I see that the UKNIWM, CWGC and British War Memorial Project have all got themselves a link on the Dunbartonshire page.
