not listed on UKNIWM

The memorial is inside Caerlaverock Parish Church at OS Map Ref NY 025 692.

I think these names all appear (I have not checked yet) on the nearby Bankend civic memorial.

Anne - for some reason this man is shown on CWGC and naval-history.net as:
TELFORD, WILLIAM.
Rank:Greaser
Date of Death:08/08/1915
Regiment/Service:Mercantile Marine Reserve H.M.S. "Ramsey."
Panel Reference:9.Memorial:PLYMOUTH NAVAL MEMORIAL

I don't think that he is on SNWM.

The Ramsey was the third of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company's ships to be called up for service. She was fitted out as an Armed Boarding Vessel.
Details of her loss are at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SS_The_Ramsey#War_Service_.26_loss
