James Murray Adrain.
Curious to see that on all military records his name is ADRIAN.
His service records have been digitised.
He enlisted in Vancouver in March 1916 and arrived in England in April 1917. He was posted to the 72nd Bn on 22 May but just over a month later was admitted to the 7th CCS "Dangerously Wounded" He was transferred to the 7th General Hospital in St. Omer with GSW to the back - paraplegia, and then evacuated to the King George Hospital in London where he eventually died.
