How did you get this image onto photobucket? I noticed you doing something similar for the CWGC database as well.

Adam,
I use Arcsoft Photo Studio or Paint Shop Pro to do a "screen capture" - this basically takes a picture of whatever is on my pc screen at the time. I'm sure most image manipulation software wil do this as well.
I'm sure that there is a way to do screen captures using Windows XP as well.

Shift/PrntScrn will capture the whole screen as an image to the windows clipboard, go to the image software of your choice and CTRL/V will paste the clipboard, then just crop the image to your desire.

Michael Watters did not appear to have an MIC, not for RSF anyway. Tried a few different spellings of the surname.

There is a death entry for Michael Watters in Kilbirnie in 1918. The only one in Scotland that could be a possibility.

Watters died 25th October 1918, aged 27, at 39 London Street, Kilbirnie of influenza.

Strangely it usually makes reference to "Army Pensioner' or 'Previously seved....'

An obituary or death notice in the paper could provide the answer.

The Kilbirnie War Memorial got a mention in yesterday's 'Scotsman' and 'Scottish Daily Mail'. The story was how the 3 Mochrie brothers died on the opening day of the Battle of Loos - 25 Sep 15 - and that a 4th brother also died at Arras in 1917.
