This memorial is located in what is now known as Greyfriars Parish Church in Lanark. It is one of two memorials, the other being for St. Kentigern Church. As this appears to be the result of a merger between churches, I am unsure of the correct name for the church this memorial is connected to.

EDIT: I have been advised that this memorial belongs to Cairns Church. The building it is located in was originally Cairns. The two churches united in 1993 to form Greyfriars Parish Church and the former Cairns building was retained with St Kentigerns being sold and items relocated.

Address: Bloomgate, Lanark, ML11 9ET.
