Given the age, I don't believe that Private William Nimmo was serving at the time of his death. I certainly can't find him on CWGC.

Further to this, The "T" stands for Technical - which in this instance denotes that he worked up through the ranks and was previously an Ack IG or SMIG which are Warrant Officer appointments.
