Wellbank - Dundee District
The Wellbank war memorial is a granite celtic cross with wheel-head standing on a tapering pedestal. The monument stands at the road junction.

Some fresh photos.









There are 2 WW2 additions, but it isn't clear on the memorial, they just look like out of sequence WW1 additions. Kindlen and Peggie.

The Bullions are likely brothers, they are the only two of that surname in SNWM and 2 of only 5 in the whole CWGC database for both wars.
