Airdrie Academy
South Commonhead Avenue
Airdrie ML6 6NZ

The school moved into new purpose built accommodation in October 2006.
Phase 2 of construction project was completed in December 2007.

The School motto is "Vigilantibus! (Be Vigilant).

My thanks to the Rector, Mr Anderson for allowing me access to the school and office staff member Caroline McIver for her assistance.

The Roll of Honour is contained within a book which has 2 dedication pages and 14 pages of names of those who served in WW2 and gave the ultimate sacrifice. The book is held in a cabinet with other memorabilia pertaining to the school.
There is also a laminated card giving information about the Roll of Honour.
