Kemnay - Gordon District
The KemnaY war memorial is a tall rustic grey granit column (presumably Kemnay granit) which stands in gardens on the main road oppostite Littlewood Court (sheltered Housing complex).

The inscription at the base of the monument reads:
IN PROUD AND GRATEFUL MEMORY OF
THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF
KEMNAY WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES
FOR FREEDOM IN THE GREAT WAR
