This memorial was unveiled by the Countess of Eglinton in 1917.
It is made of bronze with a relief portrait in an oval cartouche at the top and mounted on green veined marble.



He is also commemorated on the family gravestone which is on an outside wall in the churchyard.

The Plaque is WMR 80515, the Gravestone is WMR 80513
