Dundonald Parish Church

Location: On southern edge of village in Main Street, KA2 9HG.

Description:
WWI memorial consists of 2 bronze tablets set on wall behind pulpit

WWII memorial is 3 bronze tablets set into face of pulpit

The Irvine Herald, Friday, April 20, 1917
In the DREGHORN section
"Dreghorn Soldiers Killed - Mr Fred Gale, Drybridge, has received official notice, that his only son, Private John Gale, 16th H.L.I., who has been missing since 1st July 1916, is now believed to be dead"
