Unlike the memorial for the First World War, this one is not listed on the UKNIWM.

This appears to be a similar design to the WW1 memorial, but it appears to be made of painted wood. It certainly isn't marble like the earlier memorial.

This is one of several memorials to the Second World War, in addition to a brass plaque and a stained glass window.

Interestingly of the other four two died in the Far East and two are listed on th Brookwood memorial which may mean they were lost at sea?

Lance Corporal Ginsburg died in the defence of Hong Kong. 8th December was when the Japanese landed and 25th December 1941 was when the fighting stopped.
