Not listed on UKNIWM.
Location, not easy to find, Maxwelton Chapel is on a backroad off the A702 near Kirkland at OS Map Ref NX 825 895.
For further details about the chapel, please see posting for the Laurie memorial in the same chapel. When I visited the chapel was undergoing some refurbishment and many of the plaques had been temporarily removed from the walls.
Lieut Baxter was the nephew of the estate owner.
