Not listed on UKNIWM.
Location, not easy to find, Maxwelton Chapel is on a backroad off the A702 near Kirkland at OS Map Ref NX 825 895.
This is a beautiful little chapel, originally part of an estate but now admistered by St John's episcopal church in Dumfries. The church is well provided with stained glass and brass memorials. When I visited (keen observers will note the motorbike outside) the chapel was undergoing some refurbishment and many of the plaques had been temporarily removed from the walls.
Capt Laurie was the son of the estate owner.
