Derek,

The smaller building is the Free Church. The plaque on the gable (which I didn't photograph) hails their steadfast minister who served for many years after the disruption.
The larger building at the back was the free church manse, now occupied by the Blair Atholl Church minister.

When I went to photograph the church at Old Struan I saw another church, now converted to a house, at the t-junction. That was apparently their free church and Struan is even smaller than Blair Atholl!

Is that a plaque on the outside wall of the church?

Perthshire Advertiser of 13th December 1922 mentions that the memorial is of fumed oak, designed by a Perth architect and executed by Soutar&McQueen,High Street,Perth.
It was the gift of Archibald McCallum, son of the former minister.
