The church was located in Cornwall Street at Milnpark Street.
Began on 13th August 1872 with the opening of a Preaching Station on the south side of Paisley Road. Services were held in a wooden church provided by the Elders’ Association. The congregation was sanctioned in April 1873 and the church was built three years later. This was Plantation Extension charge of the United Presbyterian Church, and later Plantation United Free Church.
Church dedicated on 3rd September 1876. Architect, Robert Baldie.
Terminated on 4th October 1953 on uniting with Plantation St Andrew’s as Plantation. It is now part of KINNING PARK CHURCH.

Extracted from the In Memoriam Book located in Kinning Park Church, Eaglesham Place, Glasgow G51 1PS
