Hi,

Regarding Peter Bowman HMS Clarison 19/03/20.

HMS Clarosin was the German trawler Sophie, built 1889, captured on 30 September 1915 by HMS Arethusa. It was sold on 18 February 1920 as the Blackhall.

Anne. I 'think' this will be the correct find. I've seen quite a few instances of variations in rank betwen soutces. Jis MIC indicates private also.
